3. Subscriptions and Payments

• Soma offers subscription plans billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings.
• We do not offer refunds except as required by applicable law or Apple/Google's refund policies. To request a refund, visit Apple's or Google's support pages.
• Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice.

4. Health Disclaimer

The Service provides fitness and nutrition information for general informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any exercise programme or making significant changes to your diet, particularly if you have a pre-existing medical condition or injury.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the Service
• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes third-party rights
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software — are owned by Soma or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

7. User Content

By submitting content to the Service (e.g., workout logs, meal photos), you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, store, and display that content solely to provide and improve the Service. You retain ownership of your content.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Soma shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from within the app settings.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Soma operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
